Questions, answered.
Where does the data come from?
Each search runs an Adobe Stock scraper on Apify and returns the public data Adobe Stock shows for those assets: titles, keywords, upload dates and download counts.
How do I get an account?
Accounts are created by RA Graphic Studio. Contact us and we’ll send you a username, a password and your credits.
Do I need an Apify account?
Yes. Scans run on your own Apify account. Create one at apify.com, copy your API key from Settings → Integrations, and paste it under Settings in RA Tracker. It’s stored encrypted.
How do credits work?
Every scan costs 1 credit. If a scan fails, the credit is refunded automatically, and opening the same search again within 15 minutes is free.
How do I find a contributor ID?
Open any asset on Adobe Stock, click the contributor’s name, and copy the number from the URL (for example creator_id=200792199).
Why does a search take a few seconds?
Results are fetched live from Adobe Stock, not from a stale database, so a scan usually takes 5–30 seconds.
